Short courses

Short Courses (to upgrade your skills or to attain an entry level qualification)

We offer two types of short courses:

Skills Foundation – consisting of four sessions and a fifth session for an exam.

Skills Proficiency – consisting of four sessions and a fifth session for an exam.

• Each session will be from 16:00 until 21:00.

• A minimum of 10 and maximum of 16 participants are required to run such a program.

• Courses are available Zebra country lodge or organized venues in Gauteng.

• The course fee will be R1950 per course and includes the exam fees and all ingredients.

• Anyone with a minimum of a Grade 10 qualification can attend the short courses.

Teambuilding cooking events

LHS offers an exiting new product for corporate events & conference and Leisure groups. A unique interactive dinner experience where guests are treated to:

• A demonstration on the qualities and use of the ever popular Weber kettle braai

• Preparing of certain dishes in group format under guidance of our own Weber

  Specialist Lehan Botha, one of only 5 qualified Weber demonstrators in SA.

• Enjoying the prepared dishes as part of a beautifully laid out dinner buffet

Weber cooking demonstration & classes

LHS offers specialised Weber and other cooking classes. Anyone who loves food or want to no more about cooking can attend. Watch out for dates on available courses.

Home Catering – Private parties

For specialised parties like birthdays or only to impress your guests we will cater at your home while you enjoy your party with the guests. It really is the ultimate in home entertainment.
